what is the best home termites bait station and where can i buy it?

I want to do-it-yourself. Termite bait system but I don’t know where to buy it and how to install it? Thank You very much
Baiting is not rocket science and while there are a lot of cute little plastic numbers available for sale, there are many ways to make your own baits at far less cost. Wood, of they type you know gets eaten locally, and preferably pieces that are well weathered or partly decayed are all you need to start. Check out http://www.drdons.net/bbox.htm
Otherwise, you’ll just need to spend some time finding out what works locally for you.
Once you have a good sized feeding group of termites (usually about a cupful) then it is time to get a professional pest manager to apply a toxin.
Remember that old, forgotten or ignored baits can increase your isk of termite problems, so if you put them in, take them out when no longer needed.

If you suspect you have a problem, I would consider contacting a professional pest control company. The baiting systems will only handle Subterranean Termites but won’t tell you if Drywood termites are present. A professional can do an inspection of your property and find the infestations and come up with a proper treatment for whatever types of termites they find.
