What to use for bait while fishing in the rain?

Everyone seems to say it is good to fishin the rain…What should i be using as bait and is it any good to fly fish in the rain?

Use what you always use. It makes no difference to the fish, they’re wet already. I have not seen any advantage to fishing in the rain. They have not bit in the rain for me any better then they bite when it is not raining.I put this in the myth category.

    well if you are just plunking (line in water and sitting around) then i always just use what i normally would.
    as far as fly fishing i am not to sure on that, i am fairly new to a fly and have never tried it in the rain, i think the water would seem a bit warmer though and the fish might be more active cause of all the drops, when trout fishing i have noticed that they go nuts in the rain especialy in the winter

    I wouldent fly fish because it would probly be windy.
