How do I find people to buy fishing rods and reels?
25.May, 2009
I am looking to sell fishing rods and reels. There is almost every name brand that's made. Plus rods of varies types.
The guy across the road from me sells them from his house. He must put an ad in the local paper, or maybe fishing club newsletters. You'll get a better price than you will on ebay.

I would try craigslist.com or maybe post an ad in the paper. If you have a popular fishing spot near you, try taking them with you and set up there.

Put them on Ebay. A friend of mine sold some older rods and reels on ebay to a man in Japan. It cost this guy more to ship it to him than the stuff that he bought but he did not care about that. In Japan, fishing gear is a big business.
