The current economic crisis will not detract from environmental concerns. The crisis emphasizes the need for green collar jobs more than ever. Pay attention to the addresses he’s been making. Obama understands that environmental technologies will help grow government jobs while freeing us from dependence on foreign oil.

The same thing all Democrats do while they’re in office. He’ll put a bunch of restriction and taxes on us law abiding citizen that won’t effect the environment one diddly.

The final result will be Americans will have less freedom and will be a lot poorer. In the end the media will celebrate Obama’s good intentions because he is a Democrat but in the end he will have done nothing.

Global warming IS real.Didn’t you watch the documentary on p.b.s?David Thoreson, and Roger Swanson navigated the Northwest Passage in 2007 aboard Swanson’s vessel, Cloud Nine.This has always been impossible,but the huge tracts of ice gone made it possible.Obama will have is hands full,but will have to set his own course away from the destructive practices of fossil fuels.As much as possible,harnessing wind,solar,wave power etc.We can’t do like Bush ,Cheney have done for eight years and just like chad c.does,ignore it say it isn’t real.Think of others futures."We could very well be in that quick slide downward in terms of passing a tipping point," said senior scientist Mark Serreze at the data center. "It’s tipping now. We’re seeing it happen now."

Obama will do vary little, if anything, because he knows that Global Warming is a fantasy in Gore's mind. Not much anyone can do to remedy that. Obama definitely has far bigger issues to address.
