Should Indians in Australia flout the law of the land to tackle racial abuse? The racial attack on Indians are on the increase and local authorities don’t seem to get hold of the situation.
No, that is sinking down to the level of the jerks who do this shit… I am an Anglo Saxon lawyer in Australia and I am fighting this stuff in courts at all levels… I can’t say anything, but there will probably be some stuff announced in parliament some time before the middle of next year…

A bit of advice for you.
Get yourself a hefty baseball bat and the next time some ‘red-neck’ with a bottle of VB approaches you take one almighty swing and aim straight for his head. This should cause some pain and swelling, at least enough for him to mumble some incoherent statement and fall to his knees.
At that point you resist a blow job and then ask him to call the police. When the police arrive simply act and pretend you are a good citizen merely assisting a mongrel who was pissed and tripped over. The police are used to this common behaviour and would rather be eating pizzas than attending to a red-neck.
The police will believe you and you will not have to flout the law.
