I was looking for cheap fishing charters in the tarpon Springs area in Florida. Not looking for sport fishing, just someone to take my parents out on any kind of boat. Where can i find a business who does this for less than 100 dollars a person?

Many sport fishing guides would be happy to offer you and your family an "ecotour", which is basically a fishing trip and boat ride, without the fishing. Search the web for inshore fishing guides for that region, or take a look at the Florida Sportsman website for recommendations.
